Senior Business Analyst (contract 6+ months)

* Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
* Creates detailed business requirements using approved methodologies to support the company’s Project Review Process.
* Assist in the creation of processes and procedures, within his/her team for the development and dissemination of team deliverables to ensure the consistent accuracy and quality of work products.
* Works with the IT Project Management Staff to support project objectives, milestones, time lines, and financial targets outlined in associated project plans.
* Establishes and maintains customer relationships with internal departments to ensure proper involvement and communication during project lifecycles.
* Assist in the creation of best-demonstrated practices (BDPs) within functional areas to ensure that business requirements are complete and accurate.

* Requirements gathering experience on projects that utilize external technology and third party vendor’s design
* Experience creating formal documentation and deliverables
* Familiar with relational database concepts and client -server concepts.

Desired Education & Experience:

* Interactive Marketing experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area

Reporting Structure:

* Project Manager or Manager of Business Analysis / User Interface Design
